Mr. Frish earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ithaca College and a J .D. from New York Law School. He has over 25 years of legal experience representing lenders, landlords, businesses and individuals in a wide variety of matters. He has represented major mortgage companies and financial institutions in transactional, bankruptcy and foreclosure matters. Immediately prior to joining Mark Goldman, PC, Mr. Frish appeared as attorney for the lender in hundreds of State court mediations and has a great deal of experience in the loan modification process.

He brings his knowledge of the practices and workings of banks, mortgage companies and loan services to Mark Goldman, PC, to help fight for the rights of individuals in financial difficulty and in danger of losing their homes.
