"The idea of a promised 'fresh start' had me rolling my eyes at first, but this practice really fulfills that. I was on a tight timeline as I was planning a move out of state in a few months, and I thought the process would take months and months and that I would have to wait until after the move to file. David Beslow was fantastic and reassuring from the first meeting. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions openly. He gave me a solid plan and timeline for filing for bankruptcy, and everything went to fast and smooth I couldn't believe it.

The staff at the office are also wonderful and I had to send a few creditors who seemed to forget how bankruptcy laws worked their way. From first consult, to filing date, to hearing, I was done with time to spare before the move. I was able to get a real fresh start for the move and move on with my life from crushing debt.
